To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to us within 7 days of the purchase, along with an explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Our team will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as download activity & distribution. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that you have violated our terms of use. Please be aware that, once a refund has been processed, your access to the download will be revoked and you will not be able to re-access the product. If you choose to purchase the product again in the future, you will not be eligible for a second refund. Additionally, refunds will only cover the original purchase price, excluding taxes and any discounts that may have been applied at the time of purchase. All digitally downloaded material must be deleted from your computer within 24hours after a refund is issued.
